The weeks in NZ was just long enough.. Then again my last holiday combined the journey with the time (Home, Swansea, Lakes, Skye, Lancaster, Home). Much nicer, shorter journeys and worth the effort and distance.. a lot of my experiences are exploratory, local and might include wildlife. Currently my commute along the railways of Devon and Cornwall acts as an observational journey and a moving office. I really appreciate the sentiment though, as a life of being concise and trying to precis every sentence to its barest minimum has meant that this was a difficult post for me to write. Honestly I do - Charles Dickens was a master of that, its like an outpouring, not being tight with words. It also engages the reader with your musings, a bit like putting together the pieces of a massive jigsaw puzzle.Markhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04514267486746083195noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7802716903254015310.post-91507404524020161622019-04-22T21:55:38.245+01:002019-04-22T21:55:38.245+01:00Like minded souls I guess. In the back of my mind I’m niggled that the lilac has just emerged and it will be past its best once we return! However I’m off to see Monet’s garden at Giverny so I’m sure I’ll be happy once I get there using slow travel. Enjoy your home I say.
